Mango Lime Salsa

Your basic onion and tomato salsa with a citrus bite. The salsa can vary from incredibly mild to painfully spicy depending on your taste in peppers.
Prep Time: 45 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup

Diced mango
1/4 cup

Lime Juice
1/4 tsp

Cilantro
2 Small

Jalepeno Peppers (optional)
1 medium

Cerrano pepper (optional)
1 clove

Garlic
1 Medium

Tomato
1 medium

White Onion
Directions:
  1. Remove as much of the seeds and juice as possible from the tomatoes.
  2. Chop and dice the tomato, onion, cilantro, and any peppers to be used. Note: If dicing peppers, remove the white pulp, stem and seeds to make the peppers more mild.
  3. Crush and mince the garlic clove.
  4. Mix all ingredients, except for lime juice, in a small bowl. Store refrigerated until 15-30 minutes before serving time.
  5. Prior to serving, drizzle lime juice over the salsa and toss again to mix.
