Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 60 Minutes
Serves Approx 2 1/2 cups
For added spice, add your own mix of roasted peppers.
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp

Cilantro
1 1/2 cup

Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 cup

Dry White Wine
1 tbsp

Brown Sugar
1 tsp

Allspice
1/2 tsp

Ground Chipotle
1/4 tsp

Celery Seed
3/4 tsp

Ground Correander
1/2 tsp

Cayenne Pepper
14,5 ounce

Diced Tomato
6 ounce

Tomato Paste
Directions:
  1. Add tomato paste, allspice, celery seed, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste to a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the paste and vinegar are fully mixed together.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the sauce pan, increase heat to medium high and stir occasionally until boiling.
  3. Reduce heat until sauce is at a simmer, cover and stir every few minutes while sauce thickens. Keep the sauce at a simmer until the sauce thickens to your taste and the vinegar tang begins to subside.
  4. When sauce is at the desired thickness, remove from heat and allow to rest covered for 30 minutes. Use immediately or store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
